Once the sun went down, Chef Lou went to work over on the Skottles. He sous vided some USDA Prime filets ahead of time, and put the final smack down on them right in front of our eyes.

We had a whole gang of Skottles fired up. Over on another one was some thicc ass slices of hand-carved ethically tortured bacon that cooked w/potatoes...

While this show was going on, he whipped out a fat sack of Alien Bait (candied bacon)...

Just when we thought we were living large, Lou took it to the next level with some muthafuggin blueberry monkey bread.
