Are those wheel openings cut originally for the bushwacker style flares? The opening
does look larger. Nice touch with the pin stripe.

I don’t think so. I think the lift without the full weight of a land cruiser gives the impression of a different well opening. I’ll add the weight of a top, rack and RTT. If that doesn’t settle the back down a bit, I’ll take out a leaf (or 2). To match my 40 height.

Pinstripes will match my 40.

Very nice job:cheers:

Your definitely going to want to see how it sits loaded up. That shackle angle will be no good on the trail if it stays that way. Other than that, super sweet!!

If that doesn’t correct itself, may take out a leaf to allow more compression. I need to flip the shackles as they are upside down.... long story. I’ll retorque the bolts at that time which might make the shackle swing /settle a bit better

Well done! I was just reading up on panel bonding and thought that would eliminate a lot of hassle when mating the drip rail to top.

No rivets.

Panel bond followed by seam sealer followed by primer/paint.

Not true OEM but solid for sure

Con ferr rack added
Tepui ruggedized Autana RTT placed and tested.

Just need to do the little things like lights and registration.

Love the Tepui.

Still playing with straps and such but it’s super solid.
