Does anyone know what this part is? The exhaust pipe in the middle is grinding against the u-joint. And noticed the exhaust was sagging lower than it should. Then noticed that this piece was broken. Anyone know the name of it and how to replace?

Exhaust cushion, mount, check the rest, likely more are broken.

What’s strange is that when I reverse the grinding stops. Only going forward does it grind.
Also if I wanted to replace all of them. How many are there?

3 in total. I just did mine a couple months ago.
One aft of the cats, one near the rear axle and one by the resonator. Same part # for all 3.
Don't over think it. Easy to replace, cheap as chips.
Change them all in about an hour. Forget about it for another 15-20yrs
