The charcoal canister on my 12/73 is on the passenger front fender in front of the blower motor. You should see two threaded holes for the mounting bracket

^^^^^ I believe he is asking about the Evapo Canister that is mounted on the right side inner quarter panel, right buy the fuel tank filler hose ???
