Bad news. T25 internal wastegate causing boost creep. I've read about it on miata forums- they end up using a dremel to enlarge the port.

New wastegate port is getting fuel pump limited at 5000RPM 12 PSI. Better than it was but still disappointed I can't hold 7 PSI flat at WOT but I'll take 7 PSI at 2300RPM

Broke the tires loose in first gear today...

285/75R16 with 4.10s
 
still need to swap in the fuel pump to get out past 4000rpm but i'm dreading the rusty bed.. starting to turn up the boost though.

went from 7 up to 10PSI by 2400RPM

Could be getting 14 PSI at 2400RPM if I can pull enough timing to avoid knock at such low speed.

I have a new idea for a robust cam/crank timing wheel. Instead of using the current distributor and an extra VR or puck, remove the cam bolt gear for the distributor gear and machine a new end piece that is a 36+1 trigger wheel. Then use the empty fuel pump blocker plate for the hall effect sensor and block off the distributor hole with an o-ring plug and hold down bolt.

4 hours of highway- truck held 75mph into a headwind, 15mpg, can definitely pass in 5th gear.
MAT topped out at 90F on a 75deg day.
Coolant peaked at 205F.

Last time I did this trip is when the head cracked. Everything is holding together much better now.

Current tables calibrated up to 170kpa MAP

Biting the bullet on rusty truck bed fuel pump swap. Wasn't able to remove the supply line so I'm swapping 1ft away.

Took a 4 day trip to Sedona/Grand Canyon without the kids as a babymoon for #4 due in March. One day I'll be back with the pickup to wheel...

Supply hardline cracked so had to swap the hanger too. Pump is in and no fuel leaks. Injector duty cycle is down to 25% at 7psi, time to push it past 4000rpm and up the boost

wastegate port still isn't big enough. Luckily i have the fuel pump and engine built for.... 17 PSI at 6000RPM.

Hey! I ran across your project here as I was looking at options for a T25 flange manifold for my 22RE. Looks like we are doing a lot of stuff the same. I thought I'd post to tell ya, I ended up putting a wheel on my harmonic balancer and a crank sensor, then ground 3 of the 4 teeth down on the lower distributor gear and repurposed the whole distributor as a cam sensor. I did a write up on that on the MS forum. I ended up going coil on plug with it. I'm going to order up a Garrett GT2252R over winter and throw it on mine now that I have the MS2PNP all dialed in. Nice write up on your build. I look forward to seeing more!
 
Spinning through 1st gear and have to shift into 3rd, 9.17 seconds

Pretty good compared to the v8 automatic Lexus GX470.

Good news truck started at 3F degrees outside with 1.25 seconds of cranking.

Bad news power steering line going to the radiator blew a hole. I have struggled with using the bottom section of the radiator for PS cooling and am ditching it. I think it's too restrictive and blows lines and clamps when cold.

Uniclutch twin disc from Australia. 550 ft lbs of holding torque with lighter than stock pressure plate
