I am sure that Amazon has tons of offerings for plastic storage cases that would serve the purpose you need. The above is what i am most familiar with and have used for various storage needs at work and at home.
I use a set of these for my connectors. One each for 22-16, 16-14, and 12-10 connectors.
I did glue the dividers in place as they tend to come loose and allow the compartments to mix together when the box is open. With them glued, you can shake the box with it closed without mixing anything.
I bought some plastic tip-out bins from Northern Tool some years ago that mount on a wall to hold little stuff like connectors, cotter pins, carb jets, etc. Let me see if I can find them on-line.

I have been using the Plano stow and go boxes for years for most of my hardware items. I store them on their long edge on a shelf above the work bench.
