Any of you happen to have or know where I could find an 89-95 22re intake and throttle body, I'm on the hunt.

Thanks

I'm on the hunt for a short bed for a 84-88 4x4 mini truck in good condition. If you have or know of one for sale, please message me. I'm in AR and am willing to travel pretty far for the right one.

Thank you,
Erin

Advice on removing a stuck spring pin?

Replacing headlights on 4runner. Grill has to come out. Bumper has to come off to remove grill. Front spring pins have to be knocked flush to slide bumper out.

Spring pins seem to be seized in bushings. Trying to drive out pins, but no luck. Will heat cause an issue with the pin?

It needs new springs up front, but not looking to do that right now. Advice welcome.

As Grogan said, burn the bushings out. A long Air chisel helps as well

Well I guess this little project is going to go a couple days longer. I'll have to order new pins and bushings. All I wanted to do was change the headlights...

@Bang Bang 100% for me anyway.

I left it here last night, got tired of it and decided to hit it again today.

So today I decided I'd (to quote Patton) "kill'em all and let God sort them out". Put the heat on the pins and basically melted the pins out.

Off

All that to get these crusty guys out.

Turns out they were swapped housings, but they were FUBAR'd so needed to be swapped anyway.

So I popped those in. And now we can start putting it back together.

I pulled the body mount bolts which weren't tight, cleaned, anti-seized and reinstalled them tight. Then I shimmed the radiator a little because it had touched the front cross-member on the PS a little and then. So now to get a parts list to put it back together.

And to figure out how the fawk to straighten this.

Because I'm pretty sure this was the original problem. Off to find my big pipe wrench to see if I can bend it back down.

Does the winch mount upside down from that top plate? If so, looks like it tried to peal in twist up….?

Forward mount. I'm going to pull it this week and see if I can get a better idea of how to straighten it

MAPP torch, BFH and high lift... no gonna win any awards, but it'll do for now.

Bumper is definitely tweaked though

Getting close.

Back on all 4s

Still have a few bolts to put back in the bumper and the lenses for the signals, but it's back together.

List grows. Shocks are shot and sway bar end links need replacing. Gonna get a good freshing up soon as I can get some bits gathered up.

Parts trickling in for the front end refresh.

Found these Bilstein 5165s that are super close to the OME spec lengths, so gonna give them a whirl.

Finding a 7.5" travel pin/eye is not at all easy, but these are within a fraction of an inch each way.

Mocked in until I can find new hardware and some can mounts for the reservoirs

"A" spring in the PS seems to have picked that side up. Shock mounted, sway bar is pulled for the ACC ride in a few weeks.

Now to cut the drivers side off. I slathered the new bolt with anti-seize to try and prevent a repeat it I ever need to pull it back off.

Got the driver's side shock swapped today.

So driveability wise, we are good. Now oil change and some new speakers.

I also took a stab at the passenger side drip rail that's been bugging me a little.

I'm pretty happy with my efforts for the day. I was also glad to have some help in the shop today.
