Does anyone know the part number for the drain hole grommets for a 74 and below OEM part number please? It’s to drain water from the vent on the cowl. City Racer is out of stock on it. Thanks

i need he ID im milimetrs of the steel thru hole and the OD of the rubber hose it self

Oops, I should have read your entire post. I would have noticed Racer's website and the picture I sent him of my drain line installation!

Try this: 90480-25125
(appears to be $0.39 list, each, at your local dealer. That's either a sign of NLA, or, bushel baskets full on the shelves)

Unless there happens to be residual stock at the dealer, I doubt you'll be able to get it.
