Dome light fuse (1 Viewer)

The dome light fuse was blowing when I put it in. I recently found that the moonroof plug in the left kick panel had separated. I now find that the dome light fuse is fine as long as the moonroof plug is separated. Once I plug in the moonroof the dome fuse blows immediately. The blue/yellow wire on the dome light plug was in bad shape and I wrapped it in electrical tape. Any thoughts?

I have a 1992 and both dome lights are not working? Buzzer dosent sound when doors are open, map light up front does not work either, fuse looks good, radio and clock work. No idea where to start, replaced the bulbs but nothing.
