$338.53 and be done with it. Par #'s 43410 PS or 43420 DS. The NAPA ones absolutely will break and leave you stranded. It boggles us to understand why that's even a consideration when users here have documented the rapid failures.

They are. It doesn't matter which side you put them on
Don't disagree... still leaves the Q of why'd Mt. T split the PN's?
The full 10 digit part number is the same. It's the diagram's shorthand code that's different - but look them up and they point to the same underlying part number.
The diagram shows 43410 for RH and 43420 for LH, but the underlying part number for both is 43430-60040.
I've seen that a lot on the toyota diagrams over the past year of parts purchasing2 different shorthand codes Right vs. Left that boil down to the same part number.
