How, if applicable, has the cabin noise increased as a result of the front bumper install? I previously had a 4th gen 4Runner with a Shrockwerks front bumper (that I loved), but there was a noticeable increase in cabin noise, particularly via a mild whistling at highway speeds. TIA for the feedback!

I haven’t noticed much of any increase noise. Maybe a slight increase when peddle to the meddle but nothing when cruising. The 200 has decent sound deadening. Tire noise is what I notice more then anything. Couldn’t be more happy with my front and rear bumpers.

Same here. Haven't really noticed much increase. So far it has passed the wife test.: no complaints when crossing Utah at 85-90 mph.

This may be a stupid question but how are you able to maintain that speed without getting fuel every other exit? I mean, I could be calculating my mileage wrong but with the loss in aero with the Dissent full replacement front bumper and overall portliness of my 200 those speeds would produce gallons per mile instead of miles per gallon.

Still slowly installing, but I love it!

Dissent rear bumper peeps, do you have your tire touching the base frame? I need to fine tune mine, it is currently like 3/8" away at the closest point. Seems like contact might minimize bending forces at the tire mount, but also introduce a rubbing contact.

Edit, I have slight rim contact with the frame. I must've assembled it a little askew.

👍🏻 It should rest in the carrier or else it will sag with vibration.

Thanks @tbisaacs, I adjusted it and am
getting good contact at two points on the tire.

By the way, this hydraulic lift table has paid for itself over and over.

Awesome idea. I usually just wrestle mine. This seems way easier.

Question, when installing your rear sensors, did you have to drill bigger holes and buy rubber eyelets for them?

I haven't installed my rear sensors, and am not sure if I'm going to bother. I think I may just fill them with rubber plugs.

I regret enlarging the holes in the bumper, wish I would have just plugged them instead

Haven't installed mine either and won't if I have to remove the rear bumper.

Front should be easy... and I have (3) sets of light mount plates

I think there are 3 different sizes of sensors. Dissent supplies rubber grommets to use with the factory sensors. No issues with mine after 2 years.

Looks great. By the way, if you rotate your license plate brackets 180 degrees, it will raise the license plate and eliminate contact with the recovery point. I learned this by doing it wrong and bending my license plate.

Thank you. I'll make adjustments later today.

Does anyone have a cheat sheet on wiring the lights and camera? TIA.
