Looks awesome!

I took advantage of your Black Friday sale and ordered a seal gen2 12.5n "naked" winch. Happy with the Warn VR10s on my 100, but wanted something a bit bigger and wanted to give your product a shot after reading a good number of recent favorable reviews.

BenC - thanks so much for your help and hard work! Enjoying the process and watching this "come to life"! Apologize for the lame stock wheels and tires, they aren't doing your marketing photos much credit :)

LOL you were probably better off keeping this quiet until you were ready to put into production. You now have a bunch of blood thirsty 200 series owners ready for a new player in the market.

Motivation is good though... :)
As in...a crowd shouting, :hillbilly:<TAKE MAH MUH NEE!

Also in for one here. I want the approach angle and added protection from road kill, but I don’t need a 300lb arb bumper/winch combo. Very cool! A sleek prerunner bar would be great!

Hmm...
Looks like a super sweet bumper, but I honestly doubt benc would market it as deer protection. The radiator and lights are right at most deer’s main body mass level.

Looks more like a super tight & light, high-clearance winch bumper for those less concerned with animal strikes.

Not a knock. I like it. But bull/roo bars exist in their bulky, heavy, upward-extending cage forms because they need to.

I'm sure bar work will be an option as on his other Cruiser front bumpers.

Ya, that would be great.
Only mention it bc it seemed some were assuming critter protection in its minimal form.

Thanks! We need to talk!

unfortunately full bar will likely not be an option on this bumper. I understand that may loose some sales but I'm going for a low profile light weight option. I see a current void for this option currently for the 200.
While the low profile doesn't off the protection against animal strikes like the full bar it will definitely add some protection.

Got the steel bumper installed on mine today! Tomorrow I will weld up the aluminum version and test fit before powder. The frame mount pic shows the frame reinforcement bracket that ties into the factory tow point bolts. This is stock height with 33" tires.

About critters...yes!
Really two different needs.
This bumper looks just about perfect for ultra steep approach angles and light weight.

Very very cool.

@benc I see the ridgid cube lights cut out, are the square holes by the winch for hi lift or for winch access? Are you planning a light bar or antenna mount on the horizontal flat part?

Those are for air flow and winch access.
Antenna
Mount could be added however I much prefer that in the rear. I will be doing a hidden light bar option on the bumper for a 20" bar. There are also slotted holes on top for lights or light bar.

Hm, looking at the mounting points, can it also be mounted in those holes as well? For a more reinforcement point to the side of the frame as well as the bottom?

That bumper mount is solid. Actually more than solid as it's secured from two axis. Solid design benc, and I would have no qualms from a engineering POV.

For those worried about ripping the frame horns. This is as much a function of the bumper design as anything. This is a relatively lightweight bumper, tucked close in. Minimizing any risk compared to the beastly bumpers that have builds more suitable to tanks.

Looks awesome!
