Have you found a place for the batteries yet?

4BT and Tube fenders give you little options.

I think that is going to be very difficult! I tried for a few minutes and couldn't find a reasonable spot for a battery. More on that later..

Hey man your 40 is looking great.
I am right behind you on getting mine painted.
What are you running for springs and did you flip them around. Your front end look pushed forward.

Keep up the good work. I know its hard with school and all.

Thanks Alot Joe,
The front springs are flipped. The rears are fj55 springs.

Looks great. I work a few thing out with my cage last weekend also. i plan to get the cage mounted this week. then i will set it aside to wait on paint. After i rebuilt my springs they seem like they got all there arch back. I want them flat. What is your plan to lower the back springs? I am thinking of take a leaf out for a while and the putting it back when the spring packs settle a bunch. I hope like 2 inches. I am dreaming.

Joe

They worked great until I drove about 10 miles off road and then they collapsed.

In the front I ended up adding 3 leaves in an OME 3" lift pack to keep mine from collapsing. Driving down hill is what killed mine.

In the rear I ended up going with 3/4 ton springs. After loading gear and wheeling a few miles off road, they separated.
