I am using a rattle can for this, so there is no hardener in the paint.

Who said it was a requirement? Its advise, pointer, tip, two cents, steer, learn from my mistake and findings from others I pass on to you and so on. You read the part that the test piece from days ago in NOT cured aka DRY. My instructions is to get the best result to apply this type/color or paint and make it rock hard.

You removed all seam sealer. are you going to geek out and re do it all?

DO NOT use 3M that CCOT sells, as it all cracked and had to be re done on one of my trucks.

SEM is a good one, and another that escapes me.

they put all the seam sealer back in, some industrial stuff

hmm crap... looks like the covered the footman loop holes on the right rear of the tub... ?

or am i jsut not seeing that correctly?

I am sure some one will go WTF but another bit of advise is to blow in "Rust Mort" into every crack nook and cranny. This turn any missed rust into iron (memory). then grab a few cans of foam insulation from the Depot. While holding the can upside down slowly drip foam into post holes at door openings, rear enclosed frame channel and all other boxed supports underneath. If need be just drill small holes to access deep areas and tape off areas as the foam will come out and will need something to get on. DO NOT remove tape till it is dry, then use a razor knife to trim and then remove tape.

It will never rust in these areas again.

They sprayed in rust converter into all the nooks after it was sandblasted
No spray in foam however.

More concerned that they covered over my damn passenger side footman loop wholes.
Need to drop in tomorrow, fawk i hate when s*** like this happens grrrr

Not at all, look on the back side to see if the used filler or welded. Measure twice, then tear into it.

it was there before they skim plastic it.
I ask em tomorrow, they are spraying the high build primers tomorrow.
Maybe they can tap it out before painting.

They are gonna hang and drill the tailgate bolts tomorrow on the new rear sill, along with the license plate light wire harness hole...

Getting closer guys.

Time I get back form new orleans in january maybe i can start putting it back together, if work is not too crazy!
