When will it be available? Where can it be bought? How much will this cost? Need any beta testers? Military discount? Anything for the 200 in development?

Available really soon, just need to test fit on one more rig. Will be available on our site (Delta Vehicle Systems). Do not need any beta testers but thank you for the offer. Yes, we do have military discount but you can't buy on the site, I have to send you a custom invoice. Bumpers for 200s are next.

Any news on the rear bumper?

yup, first production front and rear set coming back from powder this week, sold to local guy, we will install to triple check everything works, then they’ll be ready to go.

Any ideas on rough pricing for the rear with dual swingouts?

We need so many more pictures of the front and rear!!!

I checked the 80 series bumper page and have read this thread a couple times, maybe I missed it, but will the bumpers come powder coated?

as @MongooseGA mentioned, check the 80 series pricing for a GENERAL IDEA of 100 series pricing (but NOT finalized).

AND PLEASE NOTE: our bumper system allows you to build it up over time. You can get the base bumper today and then add arms any time in the future. Then add any accessories you want after that. It’s not like most of the other bumpers where if you want 2 arms, you have to order it with 2 arms.

yes, all our bumpers ship with everything needed to mount them, and are powdercoated with 2-stage powder (a primer coat and then the color/texture coat).

Everything that I've seen and purchased from DeltaVS is like quality from another galaxy. The workmanship is magnificent.

any update on this?
Thanks for asking!

We have a bunch of parts in process to get ready for launching them. Getting the details worked out now.

Last test fit in the shop. Making sure everything works with early LC models.

Beautiful work. I really like your design and fab methods. Complex bends/joints, step in the rear. I'm excited to learn more about that latch mechanism in the rear.
Thank you very much. We have put a lot of thought into the design. There is a vid at the bottom of the 80 rear bumper page here: Delta Vehicle Systems - FJ80/FZJ80 Modular Rear Bumper - https://www.deltavs.com/all-products/fj80-fzj80-modular-rear-bumper that shows the early latch in use. It has been updated since then slightly, but the idea is the same.

Holding off on my bumpers ... now that I have stumbled across this. Will be waiting for these ... really captured whatever it was that was missing for me when I was looking at other options. Now I just have to figure out what to do about my small body lift situation ... ¾". Any creative thoughts anyone? I don't want to have to buy another set of tires and I don't want to give up my AHC system either or trim my fenders (unless it could look awesome).

You mention a few things that all seem unrelated, haha. Body lift. Tires. AHC. Fender trimming.

What is there to figure out?

What's up @suprarx7nut ! Hope things are well ... yeah I am in a bit of a dilemma here. I REALLY like these bumpers. However, they are not adaptable to a body lift - and the gap that would be left is a bit aesthetically unsettling. So ... as I am ordering parts for the Cruiser which includes tires etc I am running up against this. I have ordered 4.88 gears already and E-lockers for the front and rear, and the tires I want, the smallest size they make (Maxxi Comp) is a 35" tire. Maybe I might run a different tire that is slightly smaller ... but I don't want to give up my AHC (which has less than 90K miles on it and works perfectly). I will need a very very slight body lift in addition to the pinch weld, heat gun stuff etc etc to keep rubbing under control. So I am looking for ideas ... am I willing to return my gears (not installed yet) and go with a smaller tire just to have these bumpers? Trim fenders, that look is not so great IMO. Or just deal with the gaps? Maybe order the bumper raw, take it to another fab shop and have something welded along the top to cover the gap?
