OR - Because they can’t really put “Tough As Nails” on something called Angel Soft so they call it professional grade.

I never leave reviews butt a few months ago I had to stay in a $300 hotel room in Greensboro. Single ply TP. They got a 1 star review and a hand written letter to corporate.
