What is the conversion factor for coffee cans of screws to misc. car parts? I feel like I could get close if the factor is reasonable. I mean 5 complete axle assemblies has to be worth 10-15 coffee cans, right?

My father did the hardware in coffee jar thing. No idea how many there were when I cleaned out the garage. Not sorted either. Also 5 gallon buckets (metal) of plumbing fixtures and electrical parts

Wonder if he went ahead and had them put some drain holes in the floor of the trunk while they were at it, I mean he has a couple of speed holes in the rear bumper too.
 
I wondered what caliber it was, and how much penetration occured inside the car. Also wondered if the driver was even aware they were there.
