That could be an issue. When Man-a-fre, under Al Colebank, before selling to BTB in Vegas, set up their first website, he bought landcruiser.com.
When He put it up, Toyota sent a flurry of threatening legal letters. The demanded him to not only shut it down but to sell them the site.
He pulled landcruiser.com but refused to sell the domain. He said if he can't have it, they can't have it
