Complete plug 7 play kits are always nice. BTW: it looks like a Tab and Slot welding table above. How do you like it? I just ordered one and am curious how they hold up.

Hey! So it's a CertiFlat table and Nic (the owner) loves it. He even convinced a friend to buy one as well and he loves it. Very rugged and easy to assemble.

Our batch of 4 coolant drain valves are ready! These are made of 304 stainless steel parts so compatibility with brass will not be an issue AND we use a OEM Toyota valve that is easily replaceable should it ever go bad. The valve also has a super convenient drain tube attachment nipple for the easiest and cleanest draining experience. Win Win all around here. :) Link to store
I personally hate messy coolant draining systems so this is why I went this route on my 40.

Just started a new page on the website for vintage aftermarket parts catalogs! Of course it was good to start with a Downey catalog. Great stuff in it! Click the picture to head over there. :) Thanks @Bad Mojo for lending these for scanning

I replaced water pump asin brand but have leak.
Its really odd as seems its coming from botton timing cover.
Has anyone seen this or know what it may be and how to fix?
I thought was the smaller hose under the return hose so changed clamp wasnt that but what a pain to get at I wish just removed the rad again as was up til 3.00 am replacing the clamp!
Ive been looking all day to repair but the timing cover has oil not coolent as far as I know.I do have the extra return line on this asin water pump which thought went to oil cooler but do not have a clue.
Any help would be so great I gotten old and repairs are no longer simple!!! I tried loading a video but could not get it here.
Its not leaking from anywhere above!!

Relaunch! After releasing the coolant bottle bracket we took @Green Bean 's idea to heart and decided to pull it and make a full kit. We partnered with @Racer65 to offer a complete package! :) The kit comes with the stainless steel bracket, mounting hardware (oem bolts), tubing and clamps, bottle and the cap. Everything you need to get going for your 58-72 FJ40. You can swoop on our kit at our store and soon on the City Racer website as well. It comes in raw stainless steel. Paint or run raw.

Second, we have more SD40 carb rebuild kits on order. Those should be back in stock soon. :bounce:
Third, I know I teased these a bit ago, but we finally have a prototype of the headlamp floor dimmer switch boot on the way. Hopefully it checks out :D

Bummer, had I known, I've got a NOS you could have used :)
Thank you! A kind vote of trust. The one I found is super fragile and shrunk a bit since new, but I was able to measure its proportions and reference back to the switch itself.

👍

What about those rubber thingys on the wiper wire connections?

Bingo Bango…

what’s going to be the Bongo? 4WD indicator switch boot maybe? Or the rubber insulator under the horn ring?
