Hey all! We got a note from a mud member about some interest in making more of these stainless drain valves for their FJ40 radiator. We made one for my personal 40 and its been awesome. It uses a Toyota valve with a super convenient hose spigot for clean no splash draining. Minus the one for the person that reached out we will have 4 extra for anyone interested. We will have a price soon.

Love getting customer photos! One of the OEM map light switches we sell installed in a 1973 FJ40. Interesting thing about the 1973 FJ40 is that the hole in the dash for the map light switch was only a partial circle with a flat spot. My early 40 has a circular hole for the map light switch. Thankfully all they had to do was file a flat spot into the switch threads and it was golden. :D

I see you have the switch but what about the light? I need to replace both on my 73.

Are you looking for a new bulb (we have those)? The actual OEM light housings (complete units) are hard to find and $$.

EDIT: Oh it looks like CityRacer has what you need :D Nice work @Racer65

Thanks! Didn’t realize City Racer had them.

Got our coolant bottle brackets done! Stainless steel components. We will have these up on the site in a few days. Price is going to be $98 . It's made to work with the OE round Denso bottles found on later 40s. @Racer65 sells a fantastic reproduction bottle which I would recommend. Mounts with two 6mm bolts.
These were made for pre-1972 FJ40s in mind.
