No way I was going to start a new thread when this 14 year old gem exists. Lets revive an old one!

About two years ago I bought the LongCruiser from Christo. There is a good story there for telling when I want to type more. It involves life, death, and my girlfriend saying (asserting? complaining?) that I was not spontaneous enough.

A week ago Sunday the 1FZ gave up the HG and gained a nice rod knock outside Indio, CA after an amazing week with @Baja Designs at our second and LongCruiser's third, KOH.

It was at cruiserfest in september rocking a V8. Talked to the owner, can't remember if it's still @Inukshuk but he was super cool.

Yep. Sorry I do owe some updating!
Except for the transmission cooler line I clearanced into the bell housing with the driveshaft (yeah, but King of the Hammers whoops are fun!) and the resulting 2x flushing of 6 quarts of ATF (DIY undercoat) and the resultant loss of 1st, 2nd, and reverse, all is great!

KOH 2026 was great!

Just have to pull and rebuild the transmission, re-route the cooler lines, and add some bumpstops.
