removed from running engine, passes pressure test, cracks are not causing any issues at this time but I decided to replace it just in case they grew. i didn't measure the guides but the valves still felt tight 198,000 miles. warped .006" (spec is .008" or less) could be fixed with pins or welding, I couldn't see the cracks at all without magnaflux. $50 plus shipping. weighs 100lbs.
