Not the usual view of Crater Lake. Two fires burning nearby, one in the park, the other slightly outside, made for very smokey conditions, hiding the blue of the lake. I'll have to come back sometime in the future for clear conditions in hopes of seeing the quintessential Crater Lake view.

Ah! So jealous. Have so many memories there from when I was just a youngun. Don't get that kinda beauty in the east

I just wish I could actually see it! It's so smokey, in some places you can barely make out the other side.

Ticked another 8,093.8Km/5,029.25miles on the odometer. Rolled back into Colorado a couple days ago.

Although not nearly as social as my Mississippi/Boil trip, it was adventurous and needed. Missing the road and the life style that comes with it immensely already. There's just something about seeing something new everyday.

This is a first. I've had viscous couplers sieze up but this is the first one I've seen that's exploaded. It filled the case with its metal guts and killed the case.
