October.

There was Whitesnake on the stereo..... For you children that have never seen the video, Deb did a fine impersonation

I see. Apparently even the critters think it's an abandoned pile so they are trying to keep them from setting up homestead.

Something tells me that this trip took all the wheeling out of ya'll for the year, so I'll prep up for all-nighters in the snake farm in October.

Your imagination is probably way better than what was really going on! Lol! It looks quite incriminating but couldn't have been more innocent. Sorry to disappoint!

Caught up with gary and he said that he was waiting for 2 texans?! Hmmm

Jason and Jeff were in durango!

So we had our own little trail ride up Buffalo Boy. Correct me if i am wrong here guys.
Easy trail with switchbacks up to 13,000 feet ! Views were spectacular!
We got some rain coming back down.

Cottonland Summer trip 2012 right there.... Don't get sick of it!

Detailed the 80 today. No body damage at all.

One slider took a big hit. I took out my drag link in the same spot on Cliffhanger. Ordering HD replacements from Iron Pig in the AM.

Leather is conditioned....3rd row seats back in. Ready for another year of grocery getting!

Todd is gleaning some pictures from my Rockmidgetphotography page for Toyota Trails and when that is done I will share my albums.

For those of you that stayed at home, Well the Mexicans made this trip w/ flying colors!

After all the drama w/ the 80, they had it ready Friday at 4:30 pm, drove it for 30 minutes and no leaks of any kind and started loading up at 6:30pm

We took off from Brownsville on Late Friday night and drove to San Antonio.

Through out this trip to San Antonio I had to fill up air on one of the tires on the trailer!

had to wait for discount tire to open up and buy a tire! I will continue w/ our trip story tomorrow!
I have not slept well in a these days at all!

Love you too!
The trail was seriously like a postcard or commercial. Nothing difficult but much of it through narrow passage with towering spruce on either side and patches of snow scattered about. The final 1/3 of the trail was in the higher altitudes. No trees, just brush, grass, thick patches of snow and tons of wildflowers of every kind. Even though we were up at what seemed the highest peak on the planet with 365 views of the mountains and the rain falling atop every one but ours at the time, I only said "oh shi!!" once. ( hey, I'm a work in progress).

Where were ya'll? SW Colorado? I swear that's the best part. I'll do a trip there next year if folks are going.

We made it without incident. Had a good time, even heard the wife say she enjoyed the trip, I'm sure she will never ride rocks in a 40 again though. Thanks guys for the great spotting and lines from the others.
