Re-chargeable air is the best option for sure.
I had a cage built one time that was sealed and held air for my York compressor. It was cool. Held about 5 gallons.

I don't think if even aired down the heep when i went... forgot more than anything. didn't have any issues.

Airing down is also for comfort. Sure feels nice over endless miles of rock to have low pressure in the tires.
You won't be crawling Double Whammy in an 80 with 35# of air either
Plus the hardest trail we did in the heep was poison spider..

I cannot believe you posted a Schott's video in a Cottonland thread. If you attract him in here I am deleting this whole thing.
Charles.....AWESOME! We are doing the "bunny trails" but I think you would have a blast. Moab is great.
Our group is somewhat stabilizing but I think the size is looking good for another.
Make note that we have an overnight planned for Monday/Tuesday for White Rim Trail.
I need to get another 2 people commited so I can send out the reservations to Canyonlands for that part of the Trip.

Made cabin reservation at KOA. Looks like we're good to go.
