Somebody stole his spare tire.

Now that you say that you can see that the axle is not in the propoer location in relation to the frame arch. Good eye...
hard to drive with all that stuff in the drivers seat.. He probably doesn't need the top cap with a cage built from front to back. If he sent us a note i'm sure we could help it find a good home.
No need to butcher an FJ 45 if this was the final goal.
