That is a very good deal.

Somewhere I once read a very detailed comparision between the CDI (Snap-On) and the $12 Harbor Freight Torque wrench. Surprisingly, the Harbor Freight wrench was accurate within just a few percent. The gist of it was that for the money the Harbor Frieght version could not be beat. I am very pleased with mine. As long as you remember to loosen the tension when you put it up, they will last a long time, and be accurate within a pretty decent amount. But, again, that goes for any torque wrench.
