Are we still showing off our shafts? Georg slipped me this big black one for a few bucks. I got it for a spare in case I banged mine too hard and bent it. He was kind enough to lube it up real good cover up the tip so it wouldn't make a mess in the back of my truck.

looks like you sweep like the guys at my shop...

Superleggera?

Yup. I am starting to forget all the model names; it seems they release something new every 6 months or so.

Now you can buy a used Aston Martin! Here is the ad LOL

Now that is a real car Georg! I would take an all original numbers matching 1970 LS6 454 SS Chevelle over just about any car ever! Call me crazy or whatever but the super cars have never done a whole lot for me. I don't care what they cost or how fast they go. If it doesn't sound a certain way (American V8 ) then I'm not impressed. Let the smart ass comments begin...

I like the big block GM cars of that era.. SS Chevelle, Olds 442, Buick GSX. I rode in a GSX Stage 1 (many years ago..back in the 70's)... That 1970 body style is nice... some of the later 70's cars turned into smog queens...

After I spend my $$ on a lot of other things...I would like to find a nice 1970 chevelle BB car 1970 body or one in that same year range....then go 572 with OD auto....pwr everything... cruiser. Nothing radical / pump gas cruiser. Got to have power steering and A/C factory...other items would be a bonus.

The buick GSX had some nice styling...was more refined. You don't see buick 455's that often and a GSX stage 1 or 2 is pretty rare.

I've had two 69 Chevelles cause that is my fav year. The last one was a 325HP SS. Should have kept it! I'll have another one soon.
