Romer can you pass on the size of rims you are running and the size of the tires and what shocks you went with? I'm also considering extending the front some like yours and moving things around to fit the bike on the front of the trailer and getting it off the back of the cruiser.

My pop-up was made that way at the factory, never looked at the shocks to see what they are. I believe they are 15" rims and 31" tires. There is room to go bigger if needed.

The mod I made was to cut the railing on one side and redo it so my 4000 watt generator would fit.

I know little about the "off-road popups" a la Baja etc.

OTOH I have some experience with "on-road" popups. I did a (clumsy) flip over SoA on ours even. Helps some with not dragging the corners. General impression: I would *not* attempt to use one of the on-road ones for anything rougher than a smooth dirt road. The way these things are built, they are likely to fall apart really fast. Trying to turn one into even a semi offroad ready rig would likely be wasting time and money and lead to aggravation IMO.
