I could use some help on compatibility from the masses.
My prototype uses this hole that was open on my truck ('06 LX). Can anyone take a look and see if they have the same hole and if anything is there (bolt, bolt+something, etc)

Nevermind! I remembered that's where one of the heatsinks originally sat. I think every model has thag hole
Finally got off my ass and got a final prototype done up. There were a few things I wanted to change from the original design to make install a bit easier and to make the mount more adjustable.
So here are the benefits:
1. Can be used with a twin or single in an AHC or non AHC truck
2. The compressor can be slid forward or back a bit to dial in the location you want. With the twin, the adjustment is very minimal, but with the single you can really move it around to get it where you like.
3. I didn't use the bolt hole that the alarm(?) horn is on. This makes getting to the compressor bolts much easier. I also adapted one of the heatsinks so it can mount out of the way (closest to the ahc reservoir) and also make getting the bolts much easier. This also eliminated any funkyness with having to mount over that factory bracket.
4. 1/8 steel so it's very stout
5. A good bit of time was taken to ensure this is sitting as high as possible so that the fan below can get a good amount of air. I also made sure its just low enough to add a 90° to the intake ports so you can run then to the airbox if you so desire.
5. Mounted as close to the fender as possible, which was the driver for #3, so that there's plenty of room to access the output without hitting the power steering reservoir.
Let me know what you guys think. Im going to run and get an estimate on powder coating, but I may also do bare steel if there's interest. I'm going to ballpark it at $60-75 powder coated and shipped.

That looks very good. I like it. I got impatient and I'm throwing mine into my my rear accessory tray for now, but I might still consider this just because it's so slick.
I think your pricing is plenty low. If you can powder coat it nicely and include everything needed to relocate and mount I'd raise that price. That looks like a great piece of hardware for only $75 coated.

How do I order? I don't even have AHC but I like this mount and I don't think I'm going to do a second battery so no need for the slee mount.
I had to move some things out of the way but I was able to utilize stock holes the fender and directly bolt the arb mount.

I used the instructions and they were very helpful. Everything about the install was easy and I was done in 30 minutes or less. But of course That excludes the wiring, that took me several hours last weekend to figure out how I wanted to do it so it would be super clean. It is wired through my S pod and I use the ARB solenoid to switch it off when the pressure switch is activated. I bought the ARB Harness and hacked it up for my purposes.
Awesome! Glad to hear. It's always a bit nerve wracking when you throw out a new product and hope people are able to easily install it. I obviously got really good at it with about 30 prototypes going in and out per day so you never really know how it's going to go for the first timer.
Do the instructions include detail on where to relocate the fuel pump resistor and the headlight ballast?
