I also did it by myself,
do you have any instructions from Dustin? I have the AC/alternator/water neck and the MS word file that's a general kinda overview but nothing with torque values or where some things go, like that weird hard pipe.
I've just been guessing how things go and I'd hate to have to redo things, like those trans hard lines

I was just going to ask you the same question. Mine loosened up and is leaking coolant. Is the bolt that tightens it down behind the A/C compressor?

No I didn't get any instructions. Guessed on everything too. When you get the intercooler you will get a piece of plate with a few holes in it. That's the template for drilling the holes for the pass through tubes. I didn't know that and just guessed.

What hard pipe? I can take more pics if you need them. Just tell me what you need.

Does your bracket only have the 8mm socket head bolt holding the water neck to the thermostat housing? Tried tighten it down thinking it came loose but it's tight. I know the bracket has a few design changes. Wondering if mine is a bit different.

Thanks for the photos. That's the same version I have. Maybe my gasket failed but I don't like the way it isn't sitting flush on both sides. Hopefully the bracket didn't warp from holding it in

the trans coolar hard lines, you said you switched to flex lines cause the intercooler pipes were in the way.
the old cummins heater pipes did you just plug them or do they get used?

did you leave the lifting point in there? I wonder if it makes a better seal without in.

That's the first thing I noticed and thought the same thing. Mine is not in there. How thick is it? Seems like it would be to thick and pull the bracket out.

how are you guys for clearance on drivers side?
this is too tight for my liking

Tried to get the same shot on mine. It was hard to get my phone down there. Looks like I have a bit more clearance than that.

Motor mounts flipped side to side I dot recall Phil's being that close.

Also for torque specs if follow cummins for the same components really it's based on fashioner size. There are recommended torques for every strength bolt that most manufactures follow pretty close. Until you get to hardened specialty head bolts and ARP studs
