Gents, I have two forks/throwout bearings bushings. I am trying to figure out which configuration to use. I am swapping a 3 sp with a 4 sp. I have the correct bell housing and a new 4sp flywheel and clutch kit.
The fork/bushings are different.
Which should I use. The cast iron fork does not have clips to hold the TO bearing to the fork, but might not need them. The pic is below. What are some thoughts? I will swap the new bearing to the correct bushing.

The cast fork is for the 4 speed.
There are clips for it...
also, make sure you have the correct pivot in the bellhousing (they're different) and the correct clutch slave pushrod (also different)

I prefer to say either 3 finger clutch or diaphragm clutch
as either can be used with a 3 or 4 speed
just everything needs to go along with each, pivot ball, fork, hub, flywheel, etc

Thankx a lot guys. I’ll look for the clips.

Not for nothing but I just installed a diesel heater in my garage today. I have a 30x30 ft garage. Throws a lot of heat and the exhaust goes thru the wall via a 1” ss pipe. Winter here is usually in the 30’s.
