Has anyone ever bought or used a string mower?

I am in the market for one since I yard is so rocky and just weeds until I can get something to grow.

This

and just burn it off a couple of times a year.

Anyone use this?

Or have the smaller model?

I need a 3/8 impact because my M12 is too small and M18 1/2 is too big.
No experience with either of them.

Does your 1/2" not have multiple torque settings?

I've got a couple of the 2553-20 1/4" impact drivers, and I f'ing love them...carry them with me everywhere. Those little bastards are rated at over 100 ft-lbs.

I was having to bust the tail section of the t case off and the 1/2 that I have is huge size wise to get in anywhere. Great for busting off wheels.

The power of it yes I can dial it down.

I do have a couple of the 1/4" as well I forget about them.

I have all 3. The monster, the normal impact and the stubby

I use the stubby 90% of the time. 1/2”

Midrange I use for lugnuts

Big Boi for breaking s*** off

No experience with the milwaukee, but I have a 3/8" makita and I use it more than my 1/2" one.

I’ve been super happy with my new SnapOn unit.

That’s a bad dude but the price is ridiculous. I have the old style that has been used daily for the last 4 years without any issues. It’s amazing how long those little battery packs last on a charge.

Napa had 20% off on it the other day so ordered online.

I have the 2 gallon and I agree too big.

I like the presets and I carry these batteries in Karavan anyway.

They are coming out with a top handle chainsaw Q1 that looks awesome.
