Well I can tell you the difference switching from a single to a double was very noticeable, at least with 40's on NOLA street potholes. I could actually keep the truck in its lane without dislocating my shoulder when I hit bumps.

Edit: that truck would also still do 85mph, not that it should, so the stabilizer was a big help.

Just get a grant from autozone. Does the thing have power steering?

You will kill yourself with that chain wheel. Get a finger caught in it, hit a rock, wheel turns, broke finger.......

no need for anything this fancy - you can do that with regular 40 manual steering :hillbilly:

I took mine off the 40 as it was doing nothing as far as I could tell. It hasn't made any difference in the last year since I removed it......the stabilizer that is.

/this\

I have been running without steering stabilizer ever since I broke the bracket off on Metalmasher several years ago

If you have power steering then you can get just about any size you want. Without it, you'd want a larger diameter wheel to help with turning at low speeds.

If you get the grant, you can get one for about 25 bucks but you do need to get the adapter which is about another 20.

Don't. You'll just say F this and sell the thing.

Haha, they are cutting trucks now to recoupe some of Mardi gras lol

You can have it. Now go pay the man. And get some real tires.

That thing is awesome! Minus the law mower tires.

But you could park it conveniently and take a nap between front and back yards.

Or planters for those city folk
