Alright guys, that's a wrap on this sweepstakes entry period! Thank you so much for all those who entered! We will hear back from the sweepstakes company on or before 2/10/20 and we will blast it everywhere when we know the winner is! It's been such an amazing journey. We can't thank the guys at Legend 4x4 enough for all the blood, sweat, (and probably tears haha) that went into this build. It really is just gorgeous. And not just that, it's a runner. That's one crisp 2F! Here's some shop pics with the hard-top on. We will likely get some better outdoor photos of it and when we do I'll share them here as well!

Is “Joe the cruiser winner” a mud member?

Did you force him to sign a pledge to join Mud? :)

Or at least recommend the Mud family to him?

He is now!!!! 🤘
Yoda4run - winner of the CCG#1 here. I was just made aware of the build thread on the Cruiser Gear FJ40 on iH8Mud. Have always resorted to this site in the past for helpful tips and tricks when tinkering with repairs on my Tacoma and FJ80.

HEY JOE! Glad to see you on Mud!

Looks like the person who bought it From Joe a few months ago is selling it on BAT. If anyone is interested! Current bid $35k

I am not going to lie, I am sad to see it up for sale again.

Me too, taxes on winning a rig can sneak up on you. Gotta be prepared to pay. (Not saying that’s why it’s being sold, could be any number of terrible COVID reasons, etc). I’m sad too, it’s a beautiful rig.

Me as well, but understand everyone has their own reasons for buying/selling. I hope it does well as it is a beautiful well-built rig. I'm following on BaT and we shall see.

You are correct in having to pay Uncle Sam his share, which was not the issue. Legend4x4 and CruiserGear have honestly been standup guys and I continue to buy and support their small businesses. My wife keeps saying, “you know you can not win again” which is our running joke, but I do in fact like CruiserGears products. Hopefully it’s potential new owner will dial it in and enjoy the nostalgia of this rig.

Why did you decide to sell the truck?
