BTW...The does anyone KNOW...
The TOP fuel line is the feed line, right? I (and locrawlin) guessed that would be the feed because of the larger dia. tubing, leaving the lower line as the return?

Hope that's right. I COULD NOT find ANY info stating which was which!!!:bang:

With fluids it normaly is with gas (like in airco's) it's the other way round.
Fuell line set up looks nice, I would have liked the hard lines on the frame in sted of the soft ones. But that is just MHO.

Out of curiosity, why would you think hard line on the frame would have been better?
Not disagreeing because I'm on the fence about it too, but curious as to why.

I have regular fuel injection(higher pressure) fuel line from the parts house run from my tank all the way to my projection and have not had any issues for the 6-7 years since I installed it. Just a data point for you...

Durability and it stays better in place and uses les room.
A sharp rock or peace of metal will tear up a flex line a lot easyer.
You are talking about metal up and under and with a collision or the tub shifting.........

Or maybe it is just my feeling, it does look fine the way it is.

See In that regard, I think the flex line will be more apt to survive simply because it is flexable and has some give. Where steel will kink or crack. My biggest concern is chaffing in this situation more than anything. Also, the mounting was a pain because of the larger OD if the line.

Oh. Yup, half page even!

Wanna know a secret?
I decided to listen to a "spotter" and it got me REALLY stuck I had the whole weight of the truck almost sitting on the axle tube of the front axle in that pic. My warn 8ki with a snatch block and two trucks tied together and me in gear had a hard time. Winch stalled in a straight pull so we added the snatch then I was dragging the other truck so we added another then I was dragging them both and winch trying to stall again!

So yea, next time listen to myself. Lol, sweet little trail tho!

Lol!!!! Looked like you had just gotten a little wide and inched off the intended line. Good back story there.

Show us the problem maybe we can help.

Here's the issue. Crappy I phone pic, but you get the idea. The best way to route the lines is through the frame, but I'm concerned with chaffing. I'll be using spiral wrap, which is pretty good protection, it just feels wrong. If I opened up sections of the frame, i could mount it to the inside wall of the frame and alleviate some of the harsh angles on the lines.

Go find a climbing store and pick up some of the flat climbing tubing. It's the same stuff most syn winch line places uses as a chaff guard for their lines.

It's cheap, and very durable.

Your routing is just fine.

Edit,
this stuff

I picked up some grommets, but they were pretty restrictive on the line and wouldn't allow the line to bend. It would work, bit it would need to be a larger dia hole in the grommets to allow more movement.

So long as the line doest kink, I should be okay though, right??? I tried bending some steel tubing, but the bend I would need are way to complex and close for me to do w/ a bender.

Thanks for the input and ideas.

Michael... Top of the tank is not an option. There's no room to drop down to the frame rail at the front or the PS.
