Amazon has a rear spoiler for $150 with free shipping. It comes primed for paint. Am I missing something?
The wings are easy to find. The thread refers to these

Ah ok that’s why I asked if I was missing something, clearly I was. Thanks for clarifying.

That’s what caused my confusion. It looks like a cheap attempt at a rear wing and I couldn’t imagine putting that on my 100. Having said that, I’m a newbie to the 100 world and was just going to leave it at that and keep my opinion to myself. I’m still mostly in lurker mode to learn what I can.

Those ones are desirable?

To some, yes.

They were a port installed, flimsy piece of plastic, that has a tendency to "self uninstall". In my area it is pretty common to see 100 series LX/LC with the remains of the plastic mounting pedestals, but no "deflector". Fairly recently, they were discontinued at the dealer (read no longer available new), and some have gone through a great deal of effort to chase the discontinued item down.

I have to confess, that when we bought my son's 2000 LC, ~4 years ago, I purchased a new deflector to replace the broken one. After putting up with the cheesy piece of plastic for a year, we pulled it right back off. Had I known that there was going to be discontinued, and command ridiculous prices, I would've held onto it, instead of giving it away, but I wouldn't reinstall one, on my son's vehicle, unless we were trying to sell it.

Not oem wings... the aftermarket factory type/look is actually sold everywhere and the 2 I’ve ordered were bigger/wider than stock, so I returned them. I’m on the look out for a used factory spoiler with all the hardware.

Anyone selling one let me know!!!!

I have a rear deflector with mounts in great shape and nothing broken. I just took this off a couple weeks ago as I want to mount a cheap amazon wing that I got painted.
Any chance of you still having the rear wind deflector? If so pm on price and shipping.

Thank you.

I was looking for body parts on www.car-part.com and I saw some wings on some of the wrecked cruisers that are being dismantled.

found pics of the toyota oem wing available for Australia 100s

I like this one better than one with the holes for the lights. I've been searching for a replacement deflector since I broke mine on the garage door last year. I'd buy this one if they imported them. Thanks for sharing.👍

Where? Is there a link??

I saw this on eBay

This thread refers to the “elusive” wind deflectors though, not the whale tail wings. You can’t buy the factory wind deflectors new, but the whale tails are plentiful.

Do you still have it? I'll take it!

Thanks! I like this!

I've got one of these spoilers, I didn't care for it on a 100 that I bought.

I have a factory spoiler if that is what is being asked for that I plan to not ever put back on my truck. You'll need bolts because I reused them to plug holes. Have no idea what the cost is, but I can help a brother in need. Jus PM me.

Ive always liked the look of the deflectors, I thought they looked great on the 3rd gen 4 runners. My 100 has the deflector. It’s a bit faded. I’m thinking of painting it rustoleum truck bed black. Anyone paint theirs?
