I will be picking up an FJ40 Monday that needs some rust attended to. Does anyone have any recommendations in the Charleston Area? I did a search but seemed like most of the threads were several years old. TIA and hopefully can get to a meetup soon!

What's the shop called? Will probably shoot for body work during the winter when I won't be driving it as much as don't mind trailering it up there for work.
There are very few 'big shops' that will work on anthing that is other than insurance. most only want insurance work, otherwise you have to find an individual that does work.

I just bought the Cruiser Corps rear corners and side plates. Side plates are nice, but the corners leave A LOT to be desired: the radius above the trail lights is totally off and the curve to go to the rear sill is WAY off.

THC does GREAT work, but also has a long wait time for new major work… IDK if they have someone they outsource paint and body to… but you could ask

We do our body work here. We outsource paint. However, we are pretty far out on major rust repair, like Erik said.
