They " feel" 1000# lighter. Combo of manual, no sunroof. No big heavy seats. Console. All that crap. They just feel light. Come drive it.

The part time definitely makes 80s feel more nimble.

What is the specs on the lift? Mostly asking because it looks awesome. Wish I could afford it because if I could I would get it and sell mine. Love everything about it.

These are just 285s. Not wide. Can't tell they are on there versus the split rim scary things as far as power goes.

I don’t think those are big tires, especially you are looking at them on a truck that has no over fenders or flears.

I am driving it now from Mississippi crossing to Chicago and it rolls fine.

I was stating that most 80 series owners in the USA install super big and wide tires which decreases performance in many aspects.

So when you are driving this one that has 'factory' sized tires that are lighter and have less rolling mass, the 80 feels lighter on its feet

Its peppier, steers better, the transmission gears are optimized.....a more pleasurable experience

As you can see it is a 100% rust free, non abused 80 series GX

All parts have been removed and powdercoated and added back with new anodized hardware.

I am refreshing a low-mileage, rust-free, Saudi Arabian FZJ80. What makes it unique is not only it is a rust-free truck, but also a LHD too.
