Wanted [CA] '89 FJ62 Front Seatbelt Retractor Mount

My '89 FJ62 was missing the front passenger seatbelt. I purchased an aftermarket replacement but do not have the mount that connects the retractor to pillar. I have checked with several vendors but do not want to purchase entire seatbelt with retractor. Thanks for your help.

Did you have any luck finding the plastic piece that holds the retractor? Which vendors carried them new?
