For Sale - Qty 5 LX570 wheels and tires

I'd be down if somebody locally had smaller wheels with AT tires on them :)

Haven't had Chrome wheels since my '04 Mystichrome Cobra :)

I would be VERY interested if anyone had a lead on the wood trim piece around the memory seat controls or the wood trim piece around the passender air vent on the dash. Both of mine are in bad shape. I can find the passenger piece for around $350, but the piece around the memory seat controls seems to not be sold as one piece, just with the WHOLE driver's side door trim piece...

Had my detail guy fix the paint I screwed up and he took off the rest of the pin stripes...

... Except the driver's side front panel's pin stripe was under the clear coat. No wrecks on the car's history, but obviously the front driver's panel was repainted at some point. I'm going to have to get the panel repainted or maybe they can sand down and remove the stripe and blend the paint. I'm not sure, but the detail guy gave me a contact he uses for small paint jobs and the quoted cost was between $150-300. Not too bad, but will probably only deal with it after we move.

On another note, I can't stand rattles and kept hearing a squeak from inside the front of the cabin when my wife was driving. While messing with everything I found the piece of missing trim around the memory seat controls in the ash tray. That was super lucky, I glued it back on yesterday and it looks "passable". Knowing that all that trim is going to crack and break over time, it's really good enough for me.

Seems like the squeak is coming from under the passenger chair when you move around on it. I'll look for it when I get some time, hopefully just a bit of grease will fix it. Really need to clean all the leather well and do a deep interior cleaning soon.

TPMS sensors just came in today as well, so I'll take the car to discount tomorrow to get that all wrapped up.

Also just changed the oil, air filter & cabin filter and put the new gatorback style belt on. Still the squeak from the belt/pulleys hasn't come back since we picked it up.

Did notice that the door/flap for fresh air / recirculate is broken. So I just fixed it into the recirculate mode, we never use fresh air, so not something I really feel the need to look at.

So far everything's looking good for this car at the price we picked it up for.

Damn, love those cars! totally off thread subject, but here is a pic of my ol' terminator..

Being in Austin I had to get Orange for my current car ;)

Actually had a bunch of Cobras, 96, 01, 03, 04, 13 and 16.

Congrats on the purchase!

Thanks really liking it!

Much smoother than the 470 and our other two cars, which will be great when we plan on driving back to Austin once a week. Hopefully after we move we'll have a lot more time to start messing with it more. Have a few things in mind.

Really excited to get front and rear bumpers along with sliders for the 470 and start taking it around trails in the hill country :)

Very nice collection of Cobras indeed, that GT350 is beast.

I also had a '03 cobra, although it was not a 10th anniversary edition. Regret to have never really felt the full potential of these cars as I never pullied them, just exhaust.

Always been a Ford/Toyota guy. After not owning a stang for around 10 years, I am back in the game with my latest go fast toy - s197 Saleen. Just in time for the new CA Exhaust law :bang:.. Next stang is 13-14 GT500 or a newer GT350 or another 03-04... We will see...

I did upper pulley, throttle body, intake, exhaust, tune, etc... on my 03. The 04 I did a ported blower, upper and lower pullies, etc... they were extremely fun... but when my friend in a stock C5 Z06 walked away from me it was time to sell. Went the euro route after that, S4, M6, etc...

Got back into domestics with the 13 GT500, kept it stock minus drag radials (a must). After that my wife got a Challenger Hellcat, then we got a CTS-V sedan which we modified like crazy and ended up getting rid of for the Charger Hellcat. Traded in the GT500 on the GT350, since I had a ton of equity in the 500 and was actually looking for a friend at 350s and the orange popped up at sticker in Houston, I couldn't resist. After I got the 350, the Challenger had to go, it just felt like the boat.

Kinda thinking of getting my wife the Supra after the Charger Hellcat goes back. We'll see, but I'm a bit in the dog house for buying the 470 and 570 in the last year...

'murica!

@trucker44 25mm wheel spacers to push the wheels out. The front is leveled out (no rake) - I did this by adjusting the front height control sensors. Your LC doesn’t have this but you can buy an OEM strut spacer to achieve the same thing.

I also have SLEE sliders, which are tucked up much higher than the OEM steps which makes the truck look higher.
@tbisaacs Can you make a recommendation on the right 25mm spacers to buy? Can I buy online? This is my first go at anything like this so I don't know what I don't know. That said, I went to a few places that sold aftermarket wheels and tires, but none sold spacers.
