Let me start off by saying I never leave bad reviews but hopefully someone reads this before spending their hard earned money with this shady business... I ordered some Scheel Mann seats for my 80 back in August from Frank at land cruiser heaven. I have received little to no communication from them this entire time, the only way I could get a update is if I call them and ask what's going on, seemed like every time I called there was some issue with this or that and it'd be 3 weeks. 3 weeks later same thing over and over again, after talking with frank and sharing my concerns we came to an agreement that if I didn't have them by January 15th he'd refund my money. Well they did call me ON THE 15th TO TELL ME IT'D BE 2 MORE WEEKS! Nope I'm done, so they "supposedly" issued the refund and said it'd take 5-7 business days to process back to my account. I called 3 different times because it hasn't gone back in my account every time I call it just rings and rings so after the 3rd time I immediately called from a different number (out of state) and they answer on the 1st ring huh, funny how that happens.... She looks into it and asks me again "are you sure you don't want them? You've already waited this long..." That leads me to believe they never processed anything.... Now its "we couldn't put the money back on your card so we are going to UPS a check... Oh God I'm praying I get my money back from this place and really wish I would have looked him up on here before... Maybe their covers are nice but their service is appalling.
Unfortunately I had the same experience and after my truck was there for a year I continue to find things that were either not fixed at all or were done incorrectly . Just today the connection for the ARB lights they installed started smoking. Had I not been in the car and seen this I would have had a major fire in the engine. See attached picsHmmm, I'm going to try to turn around this list of bad reviews. I just ordered for LCH based on price point and quality compared to other options. They have been plenty responsive. I'll report back in many weeks once the product gets here and I install it.
Well having someone work on your vehicle VS buying a product and installing them myself is a different story .... They already have my money , I'll report back when I receive and install the productUnfortunately I had the same experience and after my truck was there for a year I continue to find things that were either not fixed at all or were done incorrectly . Like you I never leave bad reviews but feel an obligation to let others know Frank has no attention to detail, will take your money in a second and overpromise massively underdeliver.
The owner is a slick salesman. Their website is nice and may draw you in however to anyone reading this DO NOT WASTE YOUR hard earned money at Landcruiser Heaven Hagerstown or LCH Miami.

Was this recently ? Its such a mixed bag of reviews. Found a handful of other threads and videos and people had great results.lol good luck getting your product! I never did after more than half a year of waiting and had to cancel.
The word is out in the MidAtlantic. Buyer Beware Landcruiser Heaven Hagerstown, MD.Was this recently ? Its such a mixed bag of reviews. Found a handful of other threads and videos and people had great results.
That's a shame, sorry to hear that. Certainly having doubt about the parts I ordered ever showing up now. On the flipside there is a thread in the 100 series forums that just had great luck with their order.Well, I wish I had taken more time to heed these warnings. I have a 1985 FJ60 that I took to Frank at Landcruiser Heaven for some major work, and it turned out to be a nightmare. The estimate was $20k+ and I paid 50% up front for parts. I was told "all parts were in" after 4 months or so, no worries. They promised "photos" and updates every Friday once work started...never got one. Then once close to complete on undercarriage I was told new seats and all interior mods (seats and center console) never came in. So much for "all parts are in." When I went to pick up, I was billed for interior panels fixed, but they weren't. I was billed for backup light install but nothing was installed. I paid for and was charged for new carpet and installation, but they didn't include hand brake cover...they gave me ripped used one and said they'd mail me new one...still waiting 4 months later. I paid for new radio and speakers. Radio only worked when engine was running not on accessories. I also noticed they didn't change out original speaker wire. Frank said, "that's not included in radio and speaker installation charge." They agreed to repair and then afterwards all radio station memory was lost each time engine was turned off. ARB Intensity lights installed up front. They flicker when engine not running. I called ARB and it turns out these were installed incorrectly too. I had a leak in my windshield seal and paid for new window seal and installation. The window leaked on first rain and Frank simply bought sealer and sloppily put in seal. He told me he got ripped off by his window installer. Didn't seem to worry about me getting ripped off. I paid for A/C repair and A/C didn't work at all. They did work to replace my suspension and afterwards my air locker hose (already installed) rubbed against muffler and burned in half.
In the end, I had to take my FJ60 back 3 times. It is 2 hours each for me and Frank wouldn't cover transport. I finally gave up and just accepted my losses. I was able to not pay for the items charged that weren't installed and made Frank give me some discount for all the poor work. Really a bad deal for me.
Not only did I pay too much for shabby work, but I also never got what I wanted and, most all, hated the process. Dealing with these guys just wasn't fun. I spoke directly to Frank and I have never met an owner, CEO or business leader who just didn't give a s*** as much as him.
My advice to anyone is anyone has to be better than Landcruiser Heaven. They just aren't good. They are not great mechanics let alone Toyota Land Cruiser experts.
MDFJ60- I had the exact experience and felt obligated to leave a 1 star google review to warn others. Paid for things that were 1) never completed or 2) not done correctly. Like you sorry did not find these threads sooner and I drove 3+ hours each way from VA multiple times.Well, I wish I had taken more time to heed these warnings. I bought a set of front leather seat covers including armrests and center console about 4 yrs ago from Landcruiser Heaven.
It took an extra three months to receive them…and then i never installed them cuz i wrecked my rig.
Fast forward to now… i found a buyer, and shipped the box contents only to get a message from the receiver that the center console cover is missing.
It wasn’t included.
Now, the buyer( 2001LC )is denying paying in full and placing a $200 value on the console cover, when the total I requested was $500, minus shipping.
Classy people all around.
Thank youI can understand not wanting to pay for something that wasn't received but the center console cover is valued at $80. Now the long wait time it may take to receive a replacement and other factors may be at play.

I'd guess that even without the center cover the set is valued more than $335 if brand new. The seat covers alone are $700+ new.@2001LC
…..complained that everyone was taking advantage of him recently, so i sent him the kit without any $ received. Agreed on $500 + $35 shipping, and i paid $58 for shipping. Then he proceeds to value the armrest @$200 and repeatedly asks me to cover shipping charges and that he’s only willing to give me $335 until he gets the console cover.

Yeah, @2001LC is not a kind or respectful guy. He is a manipulator and advantage taker. Just like the saying goes: all good deeds dont go unpunishedI'd guess that even without the center cover the set is valued more than $335 if brand new. The seat covers alone are $700+ new.
Well.......Although I have no personal experience with him I can say he has been a very nice and helpful person spending a lot of time on these forums helping people out.Yeah, @2001LC is not a kind or respectful guy.
