wow

bump for a great lookin' rig for a smokin' deal!

Ebay?

Come on, I know this is the first time I've spoken up about this truck...I've been eyeing it now since you posted it... Don't ebay it! Hang in there!!!!! I'm sure someone on Mud will buy it (if I don't get the money first)...

this would make an excellent platform to drive back to LA in :)
seriously this would be a one stop shopping for that hard to find christmas gift for that special someone, son or Daughter.
It looks like it will be eBay bound in the next couple weeks I really have not had much interest on here as is evident by how long its been for sale. most people want to spend too much money building there own cruiser 's instead of saving by buying this one. i can't change peoples minds or stress that there is over 20K in parts and labor in this build or that that is what it would take to get a 60 series cruiser built up this way.
who know's we will see

Bump for one of the coolest FJ62s that exists and one of the best previous owners you could ever wish for. I personally helped rebuild the transfer case. I'm amazed noone has bought this.

Maybe this is a sign that you should keep it Jason!

I';m thinking about keeping it now the more time goes buy the less need there is to sell it we'll see I might raise the price to what its worth and go from there. my fj45lv is slow to get finsh up so while it dries its not daily driver ready yet but I have been driving the fj62 around thinking about

that would be a good idea Dave. i was driving the fj62 all day today running errands tracking down soe windows for my house. i think I drove it 300 miles or so then hopedback in it after diner to drive to my inlaws for my FIL's birthday. piled the family and the dog then drove 10 miles in a blizard with a foot of snow on the ground. didn't slip once .its a great turn key truck. my mechanic who has taken good care of it over the years think i am crazy to sell it and tha t I should keep it and build it more toward wheeling. his point is that everything is done on it everything that needed to be rebuilt or done is done. i don't its one great truck. since the lv has been in the shop for the last week and ahalf I have just had the fj62 and my mind wanders of keeping it painting it. who knows.
as far as the snow goes we don't get as much on the coast as you get up in VT. and what we get usually melts fast. so i bet I can easily avoid the roads during the slat season:)

Jason:

All seriousness, you should save up some $$$, get it painted and the minor rust fixed, and keep it. You will kick yourself every day after you watch someone drive it away (BTDT). I've had several people offer me stupid money for my truck, but I always tell them "I'm getting buried in it".

jason i have a friend that might want your truck if its still for sale can you pm me phone #

Jason I agree with Ken. The 45 is a wonderful truck but not the same as the 62. Keep both and use them for different purposes. If it was me I would never drive the 45 in the winter. I don't drive my mustard in the winter because I want it to last forever.

I am going to try one last push to sell if thre is interest ok if not ok. here are some close ups of stuff. I took a bunch and will try and add them 3 at a time
