Curious where you sourced the ARB Bumper. Im looking to do sliders on my 94 as well. Have you found some you want?
I sourced it from 4 wheel parts, it was roughly the same price as online but you don't get charged for shipping when when you pick it up in the store. The bumper isn't setup for the Husky, had to add a winch plate and modify the fairlead opening. But I like the look of the ARB and I think it ended up being worth it.

As for sliders, I had a local guy make them here in Fresno. Not happy with how they turned out at all, mainly because he didn't protect the cats at all. Probably will try to salvage them by making my own cat guard, but would highly recommend buying a set made for the 80, there are a lot of threads on here for recommendations, wish I would have gone that route. I still might but for now I'll run these.

Here are the sliders

This is the front mount on the driver's side, it should be a bolt on plate that goes under the cats for protection, but instead I got this. I'm going to modify it, but it's low priority right now.

Your fabricator was just worried you'd get hung up in the rocks and figured you'd rather lose your cats than get stuck. Seems legit! 😁

Nice looking rig, BTW
Haha, probably the thought he had when building them lol.

And thanks :)

Ive looked at the slider thread. Problem is its so old nobody ( I can find) supplies them any more for 93-94. I might have to go custom fab as well.

It's not a bad option to go custom, my guy just chose not to comprehend what I was telling him. If you have a good fabricator it works too. I think I found some more recent YouTube videos with some slider reviews as well.

Final phase of build version 1.0. OBA installed, front and rear regear with ARB lockers. Knuckle rebuild 2.0 with new RCV 30 spline shafts(forgot/didn't realize the ABS ring had to be swapped from OEM so heres to doing it again eventually)

where did you get those dash switches? I'm always bothered by the cheap looking aftermarket switches.

Next up is replumbing the OBA, rear air tank install, and installing an electric fan in front of the condenser.

Very tidy wiring. What type of multi-pin connectors are you using for the gauge cluster, and how do you like the Littelfuse mini PDMs?

I used the metripack 280 GT series for the gauge cluster. I probably would go with the 150 GT series if I did it again. Those littlelfuse PDMs are awesome, the lower one connects all my alarm outputs on the gauges to a single output so I can get an audible alarm. It’s the most compact way I can think to do it. I didn’t know they made a slightly bigger one at the time or I probably would have just gone with one box, technically the relays should be installed 90 degrees from their current orientation, and the larger box would have allowed me to do that.
