Got the new bumper and winch mounted.
Tight fit but she's in there. Couldn't be happier with it.I spy a Superwinch Husky winch![]()
I sourced it from 4 wheel parts, it was roughly the same price as online but you don't get charged for shipping when when you pick it up in the store. The bumper isn't setup for the Husky, had to add a winch plate and modify the fairlead opening. But I like the look of the ARB and I think it ended up being worth it.Curious where you sourced the ARB Bumper. Im looking to do sliders on my 94 as well. Have you found some you want?
Haha, probably the thought he had when building them lol.Your fabricator was just worried you'd get hung up in the rocks and figured you'd rather lose your cats than get stuck. Seems legit!
Nice looking rig, BTW
It's not a bad option to go custom, my guy just chose not to comprehend what I was telling him. If you have a good fabricator it works too. I think I found some more recent YouTube videos with some slider reviews as well.Ive looked at the slider thread. Problem is its so old nobody ( I can find) supplies them any more for 93-94. I might have to go custom fab as well.
Custom Switch to suit Toyota 80 Series - Lightforce Custom Switcheswhere did you get those dash switches? I'm always bothered by the cheap looking aftermarket switches.
I used the metripack 280 GT series for the gauge cluster. I probably would go with the 150 GT series if I did it again. Those littlelfuse PDMs are awesome, the lower one connects all my alarm outputs on the gauges to a single output so I can get an audible alarm. It’s the most compact way I can think to do it. I didn’t know they made a slightly bigger one at the time or I probably would have just gone with one box, technically the relays should be installed 90 degrees from their current orientation, and the larger box would have allowed me to do that.Very tidy wiring. What type of multi-pin connectors are you using for the gauge cluster, and how do you like the Littelfuse mini PDMs?
Can I get some info on the Jack/axle stand comb unit?
