The reunioin was postponed due to the floods. My goal it to have this 100% done and my FJ45 EC mechiacally done and take them both to the Iowa Tall Corn Cruiser Classic run.

They painted it the wrong color and color scheme.
They lost my chrome and a door.
The broken windshield is still not replaced nor is the back glass.

I really do not know how you lose a door and all of the chrome.
I was a bit in shock and was not up to having a civilized conversation.
I told him I would be back tomorrow with the original eastimate to make sure we had all the bases covered.

So, they want you to pay for them painting the truck the wrong color. i am the last person to not pay for something, but these damn companies that do stuff half-assed and expect full pay have recently hit home with me and I'm tired of it. So they want you to pay for the wrong color paint job? I would send them a bill for the door and the chrome.

I thought it might be wrong, but didn't know if you had changed your mind somewhere along the way. In light of not ruining the surprise, I didn't know if I should say anything here. It sounds like the surprise turned out to be a little intense.

Back in the early 80s Maaco painted my friends VW bug the wrong color, not once, but twice. They finally got it right the third time. I can't imagine how you "lose" a door and all the trim.
