I like this design a lot. I would be interested in a full size rack for 100 series that would provide enough clearance for the factory moonroof to stay functional. Have you considered a roof mounted spare tire bracket? I would also Ike to see some sort of built in light bar bracket kind of like the BIO rack. I would like to see some pictures of these racks on actual vehicles with a light bar if anyone has that setup.

Thanks Nick!!! I can accommodate you on a rack for the 100 series. As far as a tire bracket that would be no problem as well. With my racks the moon roof is unaffected. PM me for a price if you wanna move to the next stage on a build. Thanks for your interest and look forward to speaking with you. Also feel free to call me Monday thru Saturday 9am-8pm est. 330-464-8627

All orders have shipped!!! For real this time!!!!

Order placed, deposit sent :)

Today I spent a good hour chatting with Jason about his build designs, options for flooring on the rack, his business venture and general BS. I am very excited that we have another member in the community that is designing quality products for our rigs. Jason is a pleasure to talk with, very honest and down to earth, which in my book, equates to the makings of a successful businessman and all around good bloke. I just placed my order for a full rack with an expanded steel floor and light bar tabs (exact position TBD). I also ordered a set of his hood tread plates. Cheers.

Very Nice of you to say those things sir. It was a pleasure to talk to you as well.
As far as the business goes I'm gonna give it my all and then some. If all my customers are like you then I'll be truly blessed. I already feel as thou I have achieved some level of success and I'm only now just getting started. Looking forward to seeing whats in store for UnderDawg Fab Workx. Its all due to you guys and those that put their trust in me. I promise you you'll love your racks and bumpers and what ever else I can cook up. I have a lot of pride in what I do and hopefully it shows.

Thanks gentlemen, Jason

Building a couple of full sized racks today. That $700.00 special is still going so if you wanna rack now's the time. That's powder coat and shipping included unless you live far west coast then add $50.00 which is still a killer deal for your getting. Let me know guys. Thanks for your continued support.

Lots of rack pics coming soon. Stand by. Should have a couple of reviews coming soon too. Hopefully their good ones!!

I need to decide on a light bar for my rack, so that Dawn can add the appropriate mounts.

Looking for folks experience with any/all light bars in the 40+ inch range.

Currently trying to figure out how to explain to the wife that although I decided not to get a lift for the 80 I've decided to start the mods with a custom roof rack....Maybe she won't notice???

Take her out to dinner and then for a long drive in the 80. During which lightly touch on it a few times... after the drive find a romantic place to park the 80. Lean over and say this " baby if I had a rack for my rig we could get a RTT and lay out and look at the stars. See that star there? I bought the naming rights for you. Thats your star. So how about that roof rack so we can enjoy your star when ever we want?"

Should work like a charm  if needed call me with a bluetooth in and I can walk you through the rest.

I ended up going with "You like those diamond earings? Sure we can get them for you. No problem." Saved me a lot of time doing it my way. Though yours has merits. :grinpimp:

UnderDawg,
I just ran through you thread and I must say "good for you".
If your not using jigs by now you might consider doing so. Its a game changer in manufacturing.
Keep up the good work!
Sincerely,

Thanks Fire been down a few days with the sickness... I got Lupus a few years back from a sunburn. Thanks for the kind words. I aspire to have a shop like yours one day. Nicest shop I've ever seen.

Cheers, Jason

Built another full sized rack today for my first Ebay customer!! The price I'm charging here is a lot better than there. I'm sure most of you have seen them on Ebay. I have a new design almost finished up I think you guys are gonna like. Has a completely different look than anything else out there. And its gonna be modular too. One will be able to add and remove sections to customize it to their load out. @HAAANK is working on my website which promises to be really cool. Get your orders in before the holidays!!! I'm sure your wives wont mind!! Hey it's for the Cruiser right not you!!

Good to see you back at it! I hope you are feeling better. Can't wait to see my rack and the other projects you are working on. I also bought some raffle tickets for the bumper/Toys for Tots charity. Here is to hoping!
