I got tired of waiting around for the ScanGauge II mount to be made. So I Spent the money on making upgrades to a friends 3D printer. He spent the time developing the part!

The black one is the prototype made out of ABS. The white ones are made out of PETG and should hold up better to the temps a car interior endures. This was the first test print with PETG. So we'll have to make some adjustments to get it to stop stringing and make it print smoother. Excited that it's getting close!

Productive day today!

1) Sanded, puttied, & primed the scan gauge mount.
2) Wired up a switch for the PA horn
3) Wired in the ARB Compressor
4) hard wired the InReach Explorer mount
5) fixed the cupholders. The lid wouldn't stay closed

Another couple projects finished today. Installed some red LED map lights.

Also installed the Trail Tailor lower control arms. While installing those I noticed the rear connection points were all bent up too. Does anyone make skids for those as well?

While emptying my Donaldson precleaner over the weekend I noticed it was loose. It has come loose a couple of times. So this time I decided to take it off and look at it. It was starting to crack at the mount. I started looking into precleaners & came across the OEM Birdfeeder style. The mount is a solid piece of plastic. It doesn't have the slits notched in it like the Donaldson does. So that should keep me from overtightening and cracking it. Did a little more research and found one for the 200 series. Part number 17730-51010. With the supercharger my 4.7L is actually close to a 5.7L. So it should be perfect for CFM's. Ordered that and a new coupler Sunday night. Both arrived today!

Last trip out, the Viair air hose I was using to air up my tires popped a hole close to the fitting that plugs into the coupler. The coupler was pretty damn hot too when I went to undo it. So I ordered the ARB air up kit. The coupler has a rubber ring around it to keep from burning yourself. The air hose that comes with this kit, is more like an actual hose and not a plastic airline. So it should keep me from burning myself and popping a hole in the new line.

I didn't want dirt getting into the coupler. So I had to order the super fancy Wits End pacifier. Thanks @NLXTACY for making products that I need, but don't need! Now I gotta figure out a nice tether to keep myself from losing the plug!

It was great following you on a couple trails at HIH this year and thanks for picking me and my dad up for a quick ride back to camp in Silverton. Was going through pics and found some cool ones with you in them so I thought I would share:

Oh yeah and my dad was generally blown away by your rig. He isn't on mud, but I will probably have to share this thread with him.

Great build man!
