What type and diameter hose did you use for the fuel vapor hoses highlighted in the third pic?
5/16” fuel line

Had a few hours yesterday morning so I knocked out the fuel pump. Forgot to take more pictures. Replaced fuel pump, fuel level sender, the rubber seat, strainer, the rubber hose that goes on top of the pump and the clamps, and the fuel pump gasket. While taking everything apart I noticed the rubber hose that was on there was still really soft. I have 256,000 miles on my rig. So there’s no way it’s original. Got ahold of the old owner and he said he had the fuel pump replaced when they did the supercharger. So it’s only got about 100,000 miles on it. So I wrapped it up and threw it in the spare parts cabinet!

I’ve had this rattle coming from my exhaust for a couple months. It’s gotten worse and is driving me nuts! The old heat shields on my drivers catalytic converter were all broken. Ordered new ones and new hardware! Finally that annoying rattle is gone!

Tackled the power steering lines and reservoir today too! Since now every reservoir in the bay was new except the coolant reservoir, I went ahead and ordered one of those as well!

I’ve also had this squeak coming from the passenger front wheel. I thought it was brakes. It was not they have plenty of life left. Found out my hub has a ton of play. So new front hub, wheel bearings, hardware and steering knuckle bearings and seals. Going to have to take that to get done on Monday. That’s not something I can tackle in my condo parking lot without getting in trouble.

For the longest time I have had a broken Lower 1/2 of the intake box. 2 of the 4 clips had snapped off. Both were on the same side of the box. Man-a-Fre (a Land Cruiser specialty shop) is local in Vegas and I have never been there before. So I swung by and they were able to source me a used lower intake box! Cleaned it up, got rid of the rusty hardware that was on it, and slapped it in mine! Happy to finally get rid of that problem!

got to the hardware store this morning. Was hoping to get some yellow zinc M6-1.0 hardware for the engine bay. Get rid of the stainless that I installed with the dress up kits. But they didn’t have any. So I got black oxide instead. We don’t get a lot of rust in the desert so I’m hoping these hold up.

Also found a 1/8” NPT plug! So I got rid of the barb on the supercharger meant to be used on the tundras and sequoias. Previous owner had a hose and a bolt in the end of it to plug it.

I went to the junkyard looking for harness clips. My passenger side injector and coil pack harness has been laying on the valve cover. I found this small bracket with a harness clip on it. I think I pulled it off a sienna. I couldn’t find a 2nd one. When I installed it I think the harness clip is too small. It split. Probably needs a 15mm clip not a 13mm that was on it. But these ones are different. The bracket has a locking tab on it that secures the clip. Instead of a hole in the bracket and a locking tab on the clip. So I might have to do some more junkyard searching.

Upgraded the big 3 ground wires with ones made by @Fourrunner. Shipping was fast! Craftsmanship is top notch! Thank you sir!!

Also found some better brackets at the junkyard for my passenger engine harness. These came off the alternator on a Sienna. Grabbed a couple 15mm clamps and harness is now secured! Couldn’t find 2 of the same color sadly.
