Oh Marty, just got a $110 ticket from big brother in New Orleans. They nailed me with running a red light at 5 am. I was late for something and pushed it through a yellow. What happened to having your break lights on going through a yellow/red. I would have never pushed it but there was no one on the streets and I thought I had it and was late. I guess the city got a little cash recouped from the Saints not bringing in over 1 million for one of their home games lost. That is about 50 bucks in euros. Saints 0 London over 500,000 euros.

I guess that's the New Orleans way. I was told that if you're going through the intersection when it turns yellow, you're okay. The city doesn't want law suits for people slamming on their brakes all the time and getting rear-ended.

$110 is high. Mine was $50.
 
I'm always vocal about the Hummer look alikes and how I thnk they're pure junk. I was reading this thread that they're still waiting on the results for but it reminded me of the H3 that was getting towed all over paradise by the Yota's. He was two spots behind me so I never had the chance to tow him around but Cole and Matt did on several occasions. The kick in the @ss was it was his girlfirends. At the end of the day she told him its his now and he's buying her a new car for her birthday :eek: He was a little frustrated to say the least.

Is anyone going ride this weekend at Sicily Island ? or anywhere else? Not looking for a weekend trip just a one day run up there Saturday to the properity and come back that night. Anyone?

I sure would like to go and would convoy with you like last trip but there is no chance for me its my daughter's B-Day this wekend. No cruiser rides for me except hauling gifts and birthday cake :)

I will be at the 4wheel Jamboree truck show in Baytown this weekend Albert. It should be great weather though.
 
ok yall. what is the deal on these dam speeding tickets. i just got one in the mail.....@#$^%#$%@# 45 in a 35. on kallie sallo. do these go on your driving record, cause if my insurance goes up im screwed. i know the red light ones dont, but i know nothing about the speeding ticket ones
 
I started my day off this a.m. with a ticket as well. 43 in a 35 mph school zone my speedo said I was going 33 I need to see how fast I'm really going so I know myself. :mad:
