When my fuse is installed, my ABS system likes to cycle randomly. I don't know if your problem is similar, but maybe you can put the fuse in to cycle the ABS?

I may try that to see if it helps.

I was going to repair the ripped wires, but ive gotten used to not having it and I may just completely remove all the abs wiring and replumb the brake lines.

No more adjusting in height. This is where it will stay. Just need to get some new shocks, extend the LCA's, and flip the radius arms, and the suspension is done.... for now.

6" front coils 3.5" rear coils.

How do you think the polycarb will hold up to the sun and abrasives over time?

I think I am going to tint it dark, so the yellowing wont show. Im sure it will get scratched up, but if it gets too bad Ill try polishing it. If it turns into too much of a headache Ill try acrylic next time around. Guess well see.

Small update. Havent had much time to work. This morning I had a spare hour so I filled and smoothed the lock and wiper arm holes, along with the damage that was under the land cruiser plaque.

Decided to sheet the third windows and just use polycarb on the hatch. I have a whole truck again!

Done with the interior for now. So I put the carpet back in and installed the seats. I will be tweaking it a bit more and then monsta-lining the whole thing this summer.

I don't remember if I've posted on your build yet BFT, but I have to say it is looking great. I was a fan seeing how things started and I have to admit that I got a little nervous when you started chopping things up, but it is coming together beautifully. Great job.

Careful. With the dark tinted windows and blacked out rear windows it's moving into "creepy guy in a van with candy" territory.

Mmmm....candy.....

Lol

Nice work. Seems like it would be a hassal to do glass in the rear side windows.

Yeah, it wouldn't have been so bad but I kind of wanted to use the space behind the windows for storage and possibly some speakers. I kind of like it back there now. It's all dark and cozy.

What size lexan did you get? Where did you get it? How did you cut it?
